The major difference of this laptop to it's bigger brother the Yuga 13 is it's running Windows RT and has arm processor which mean you can't install x86 applications on this laptop and you can only download application from the windows store which pre-installed to the laptop store no less no more

but the battery on this laptop is a monster since as it said it can last up to 13 hours straight usage because of the combination of power saving processor Nvidia tegra 3 and the not so power hog OS Windows RT,  it cost 34,999php or around 875 usd which is a little bit pricey for its specs. you can buy a laptop with a better spec for that price . like the Asus vivobook s400 which is an I5 ultrabook or the acer V5 which is also a touch screen I3 laptop
